Leaders of political groups on campus are looking toward the upcoming presidential election.

Student Body President Catie Witt said she is surprised how involved the students are getting in the election. She said that the students are involved because they realize this is election is going to affect us all.

The president of the Political Science Association Kathryne Arnold agreed with Witt about foreign policy.

Arnold said she hopes the candidates get in to the nuts and bolts of their foreign policy, and really explain themselves.

Witt said she wants to hear more about the Trans- Pacific Partnership. She said that when it comes to foreign policy the TPP is a big issue.

According to campus presidents the candidates need to discuss foreign policy more in their campaigns.
